Performance Psychology Services for Youth Athletes

High performance coaching for athletes. Show up as your best self and perform at your peak

Our team of licensed psychologists, counsellors, school psychologists, and associates are all dually trained in mental health and performance

Our Approach

Beginning mental skills training as a youth can be a definite asset to future performance.  Most athletes don’t start doing any mental skills training until late into high school. By starting early, your child can begin to understand how they operate and use this to their advantage for years to come. Our clinicians will work with your child to determine what is personally helpful for them.

Through mental skills training, our clinicians would first explore your child’s mental performance and build a plan that works on creating and maintaining confidence and resilience, bouncing back after mistakes, working through adversity, and playing their best more consistently.

Performance isn't only about sport - it's about achieving the best version of yourself, at Attollo this is what we specialize in.

We Specialize In:

  • Anxiety and worry
  • Depression and low mood
  • Confidence
  • Performance Anxiety
  • Injury Recovery
  • Negative Self-Talk

  • Recovery from over training

Expert Level Support

What Sets Us Apart

  • Most of our therapists are experienced elite athletes, and all  of them are trained sports performance therapists and mental health professionals. This means that you may be eligible to be reimbursed for your services through insurance plans
  • Unlike typical mental health clinicians who lack exposure to high-performance settings or mental skills coaches who may not be equipped to address deeper mental health issues, Attollo’s professionals bring a comprehensive understanding that bridges both worlds. This dual expertise ensures that clients receive holistic support that addresses their mental health and performance needs.

Let’s talk about how to help your child succeed.

In the initial sessions, we’ll learn your child’s preferences, strengths, and goals. Then, we'll collaborate with them to develop a plan to dig into the work and learn and practice skills and techniques essential for athletic and personal success.
