How Does It Work?

Choose the package length that best fits your goals and schedule. Packages range from 1 to 8 months and are designed to provide ongoing support, accountability, and practical skill development.

Your package includes:

  • A minimum of four 50-minute one-on-one coaching sessions with a Mental Skills Performance Coach (MSPC)
  • Direct messaging access to your MSPC between sessions for questions, support, and guidance
  • Access to online learning modules featuring practical tools, strategies, and resources tailored to your needs and goals
  • A personalized approach focused on helping you build the mental skills needed to perform, thrive, and overcome challenges both in and outside of sport
